"Hutch" received his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School in 2002. While with the law firm of Adams & Reese, Mr. Hutchinson practiced corporate transactions representing clients including Warner Bros. and Twentieth Century Fox in multi-million dollar motion picture tax credit deals and was a founding member of Entertainment Law Practice Group. With Balance Staffing, he managed all aspects of Gulf Coast operations for this national staffing firm by providing labor for storm relief efforts. He oversaw payroll, sales & marketing, operations, and client relations in a period when the company generated over $3 million in the 4th quarter 2005.
Quinn Jones
Co-Founder & Chief Administrative Officer
Quinn brings over 15 years staffing, payroll and personnel experience to Cabildo. In 1999, he founded TelecomCareers.Net, which today is the largest telecommunications focused job site on the web. He also founded Allied Resource Group, a healthcare staffing company with locations in Louisiana and Texas. Prior experience includes 5 years with ADP, a Fortune 500 company and the leading payroll and human rOctober 11, 2007 numerous start-ups and brings a wealth of expertise to Cabildo.
Matthew Walls
Sales Manager
Matt began his 10-year career in the construction industry as a Project Manager/Estimator for River Road Construction handling multi-million dollar heavy civil construction projects in Greater New Orleans area, including highways, levees, floodwalls, bridges and dredging. He has a wealth of knowledge in storm recovery efforts, having acted as a first responder sub-contractor in the last five hurricanes to hit the Gulf Coast and Florida. Matt's expertise includes I.D.I.Q., RFP and Competitive Bid government contracts and he has worked with large government contractors, including The Shaw Group.
Charles Cameron
Operations Manager
Charles has an extensive record of successfully staffing, training and managing teams, having served as the Director for lottery launches in Budapest (Luckygraph, KFT) and Buenos Aires (Technopax, S.A.) which generated sales in excess of $132MM. His ability to communicate and promote a brand idea come from his over 19 years of marketing experience, spanning all parts of the world, including Guatemala, Venezuela, Argentina, Hungary, France and Spain. He attended LSU, the prestigious New York Film Academy, The Savannah College of Art and Design, and The New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts. Charles is a Berlitz certified interpreter, is fluent in English, Spanish and French and conversational in Hungarian.
Sonia Herrera
Office Manager
Sonia began her career in the labor industry working for The Consulate General of Mexico as a Visa Officer handling U.S. visas for foreign professionals working with major domestic energy companies, such as Tidewater. She transitioned to the benefits side of labor by becoming a Bilingual Communications Team Coordinator for Pan-American Life Insurance Company and then parlayed her multi-cultural background into an Account Executive position in the Hispanic Division of MC Media. Most recently, Sonia served as the Branch Manager for Labor Staffing, Inc., which specializes in the hotel and hospitality industries. With Labor Staffing, Inc., Sonia added three new departments and was responsible for a 50% increase in branch revenues by landing The Hotel Monteleóne and The Maison St. Charles accounts for the company. Sonia graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts with concentrations in Mass Communications and Spanish.
Pedro Espinoza
Project Manager
Pedro developed extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial and mechanical construction, including jobsite safety, during the late eighties while working for Grimaldi Construction and LTH Mechanical. In 2001, Pedro received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans and began working as a paralegal to put him self through law school. As a paralegal, Pedro developed his knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction jobsite inspections and fines while investigating and handling numerous cases involving worker's compensation issues. In 2004, Pedro received a Juris Doctor in Civil Law from The University of Loyola Law School.
Following Hurricane Katrina, Pedro returned to his construction roots and became the Project Manager for national facilities management company One Source Management, which was responsible for getting the Folgers coffee plant back on line in the wake of the storm. Pedro managed the company's response, which included supervising over 50 workers. This facility was the first major business operating in one of the most devastated areas of New Orleans, New Orleans East.
Pedro is fluent in English and Spanish.
